The purchased order arrived complete and on time. Service end is great, order fulfilled and shipped same day! However, as you'll find in other reviews the packing material used isn't suitable for shipping hitches and other heavy vehicle items. The boxes always arrive with the hitch hanging out through punctured holes indicating the contents also banged other freight during transportation chipping and scratching the hitch or order contents. Other than this issue excellent customer service.
