The shipment was very timely. At first, I was very disappointed that the trailer hitch did not line up with the holes. I call the company and they informed me that the hitch could have been misaligned during shipping. I am suggesting that a warning or alert sheet be placed in the box informing customers may need to bend the outer shield to align hitch to fit properly. The company email me in five minutes to instruct me what I needed to do which is to pry the outer shield to fit. I would but from this company again.
I needed to replace a bent axle (and rim and tire) on my dual axle cargo trailer. Being price conscious I wanted to do the job myself. I found the instruction videos very helpful for measuring to ensure I ordered the correct axle and tire/rim. The replacement video was very helpful too. I am extremely pleased with my experience and the product received.
