I was surprised when it arrived. Tracking was great until it was picked up by the carrier. There was no further tracking info until it arrived. Glad I was home.

Just needed some small replacement parts (T bolt and locking knob). Couldn't find a way to order directly from Thule, but etrailer had them and shipped quickly.

Box arrived at my office. Exterior box beat up and both ends open. Box was scarred. Interior box was open at both ends. I have not removed the panels from interior box. I still have an open surgical incision and cannot deal with the weight. Do not post my name.

The delivery was timely and the product was in good condition, but there was damage & loss risk because the delivery box had holes from the hitch moving around in the box. The electrical package could have fallen out (but didn't) and hitch painted surface was damage somewhat from hangin out of the box. Regarding the installation, the video was very helpful and right on for my 2015 Ford Escape with the exception of hole alignment on the left side which could have been the manufacturing tolerances of the escape. The exhaust mount bolts would not go in with the hitch mount bolts loose, there was a springing fit that allowed a pry bar to get close to alignment, but not fully. I had to grind the holes in the hitch larger to make the exhaust mount work. Also the rear facing bolt holes would not align on both sides. Regarding the electrical kit installation, on my Escape Titanium, there is a plastic block that prevents the electrical connectors from fitting down through the rear quarter panel. I had to cut the wires and reconnect at the bottom.

Give me some feedback regarding your actions to compensate for these issues.

Excellent rack - works great. Everything included, racks, tie downs, bow & stern lines.
Great price, just as well built as big name racks at half the cost.
