Ordered a hitch and connector for my Mazda CX-5. Everything I needed was included and went together just as was laid out in the instructions. Wish the box included a helper to lift the hitch up under the car, it's heavy.

Anything towing/trailer related I look at Etrailer first. The selection is great and prices are fair.

Every application is different... in in my case I was replacing old lights with the wires coming out the center back... the new lights make it difficult to do that. I had to drill the hole bigger to fit the wires out the center back, therefore routing the wires under the light bulb... the heat from the bulb could melt the insulation on wires... time will tell... the black wire feeding the bulb should be longer to accommodate different wiring scenarios

This product is clean and sharp. Shipping was fast for me. Installation… well, not so fast but I tend to make things harder than need be.

Fast and efficient delivery. Excellent value. The Bauer products were missing a few screws on one of the two T-Handle kits. One kit brought screws the other did not. I had to reuse the old rusty screws to complete the installation. Otherwise I am very pleased.

The receiver hitch for my 2016 RDX fit perfectly. The installation video was worth watching. The only unfortunate thing was the hardware was missing i think because there was a couple of holes in the box from shipping. I bought some replacements and finished the job.
