Packing of hitch was poor.
Bolts and washers falling out of box. To my surprise all was accounted for.
Paint was damaged on hitch and had scratches. I realize its not a fender but expected more out of what I was getting.

To the best of my knowledge everything was in the package, however the package was opened previously and the bag containing the activation code was open. The package arrived on time and appears to function (excluding the terrible app that this unit uses). Having an open package leaves me with uncertainties. I'm leaving a 3 out if 5, because I can't say it was negative or positive just neutral.

I purchased a trailer hitch with a 2" receiver for a vehicle that had a factory 1.25" hitch. The product description did not make any mention that it was not a fit for this vehicle.

I hope no other customers purchase this product for a vehicle with a factory hitch as they would be unprotected in a crash.

The factory hitch took the place of the crash bumper. By removing it, the vehicle would be unprotected in a crash as the replacement hitch I purchased was in a different location and design. This product was clearly not designed as a bumper replacement like the factory one.

Very nice person that I spoke with, gave me what I needed to return the strap because it's too long for my boat and trailer. Nice doing business;,,I tried every way possible to make it work, but alas, I could not.

Product was delivered 3 days after purchase. Product was in great condition but the box was torn and open. Overall, great product, fast delivery and great quality of materials used to create a great hitch!

The only thing I can complain about was the hitch got bent in shipping

After acquiring a 6x9 flatbed trailer, I realized that the axle was undersized. I ordered a 3500 lb axle, springs, shackles and u-bolts. The order came in about 4 days. Everything fit great and works perfectly.
