Good products just wish they had the same model in market lights red and amber. Red one matches my trailer but amber one is not carried. So I had to use a different style for that. So my OCD is driving me a little crazy. So I just don't look up.
Easy to navigate etrailer's website. When speaking with a sales representative in person they were very helpful and easy to deal with.
The hitch arrived quickly, and appears well built. Installation should have been relatively painless, but I missed a step, and did not check to see if the bolt went through before inserting the bolt plate. Cursed a lot, but got it done. The install videos are good, just make sure to watch them, and enlarge the big hole, not the small one.
Turns out our undercarriage is too rusty to install new trailer hitch so we will save it until we buy a new van.
