The wiring harness for my boat trailer worked flawlessly. The attachments fit between the "mail – female" connectors on each rear light of my 98 Camry which then plugged into the four connector/flat connector on the trailer.

I ran into issues that were strictly on my end. The factory harness ground failed a couple of minutes after I started using the controller and I've had a heck of a time correcting it, mainly because I couldn't find a wiring schematic. Finally someone sent me one and I was able to re-establish a ground in the dash. I spent some time late last night live chatting with one of the techies. He was very patient and helpful with his suggestions. I should be able to road test it tomorrow but it looks good at the moment. Installation is straight forward. The instructions were plain.

Price was as low as any competitor, with free shipping, and it came a day early. They have a great lineup of products and are quick to get it shipped.

I ordered a set of new air bags from etrailer. Shipping was quick and I received it within three days. Upon opening the box it was easy to see this was a returned item. The parts appeared to be thrown in the box, the packaging for the bolts and washers were opened and the contents were scattered in the box. Upon further inspection it was clear someone had attempted to install this as there were scratches and impact marks on many of them.

I went through all the parts and based on an upcoming trip I decided to install, which ended up working well.

I am disappointed in receiving a returned product without being informed, or being provided an option of accepting a returned product. I

Hitch was as advertised, easy to install. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the box was broken and the hitch was hangong out on delivery although the hitch remained undamaged.

The hitch arrived in just two days. Install went faster than I thought it would. The written instructions and online videos were a great help.

Ordered a 30A adapter. Paid a bit extra to ensure timely delivery. No part arrived. Received notification from UPS that the part had been ordered but they didn't yet have the part. No update for several days. Called etrailer. Got the old runaround (we don't have it) even though I received an email stating the part had been picked from the warehouse. The trip I needed the part for came and went without the part. Part was waiting for me when I got home. I'll never order from etrailer again.

I had to wait on the side portion of the hitch for a couple of days after the top hitch was delivered but the staff kept me up to date with deliveries.
