Website made it easy to figure out what fender I needed! Easy to order and I like the way I was able to track it!

While the mirrors seem to work as advertised your service was less than desired. I was told that the mirrors I ordered would be at my house on Monday 7/15 they did not arrive until after we left for our trip on 7/17. So that is why I am only giving 3 stars for this order.

Purchased the eTrailer boat-trailer hitch for my 2001 Mastercraft 205V boat and trailer. The previous BoatBuddy hitch had lost a significant amount of vinyl in the latch mechanism. The instructions were helpful but it was a 'no brainer' on how to install it after removing the old unit. Adjustment to my boat was simple.

I ordered a wheel and tire for my utility trailer and screwed up the bolt pattern. They took the tire and wheel back without a restocking fee or even charging for shipping. I plan on using them every chance I get.

Arrived very quickly. No damage. Already picked up my new rv

Bought a brake controller from etrailer- absolutely seamless transaction. Recieved the shipment quickly and early at that, and the product was exactly what I needed. Easy to select correct hitch for vehicle. 10 minutes to install

Installed a 30 K magnum hitch on a 2005 Ford F350 diesel Dually all parts and instructions were appropriate and helped with the install

Shipping was outstanding. It was shipped in less than 3 hours. It arrived 3 days later.
I installed them 2 days later. I took my time and was completed in 4 hours. Definitely worth watching the video for installation.

Products are fine, but the email that has a link to say "click here to confirm you got your order" to automatically lock you in to a review is a bit pushy

I had an issue with the hitch that I purchased and the support helped me fix it over the phone and emailed me a technical bulletin for the issue. Great job.

The installation video was vary helpful and informative. It could use an update on how to route the connection harness to the receiver/trailer.

Everything is perfect and delivered in perfect condition.
