Shipped well, quickly! Box slightly damaged, not major. Aligned and bolted up perfectly with the help of a regular car Jack for added stability. Tight working space on left side, but you can do it patiently with a box wrench. Followed the Utube video for hooking up electrical. All in 3hrs total.

I bought a new car and needed information on what roof rack I would need in order to mount my existing Hullavator Kayak carrier. Bud gave me detailed information and was very helpful in getting the correct rack. When I mounted my kayak carrier one of the cross bars of the Hullavator was bent and did not release easily. I ordered a new cross bar from etrailer (the only company I could find that had this spare part!), and it was delivered promptly with a surprisingly low shipping charge, ~$4.

I made a mistake on my first order and got the wrong size wheel, when I called to return it the lady I spoke with was very helpful in the return process and with helping me get the right size. Shipping was fast, thank you.

Trailer hitch fit into place easy. My only suggestion is that unless it is a brand new car, have a wire brush on hand to clean out the rusted bolts that are welded to the car frame. It would be a great product suggestion, hint hint

I bought this because I go off roading and where I'm from you need stickers, not on my baby. I bought this hitch plug then bought a plate to bolt to it to hold the stickers. Now I can add a locking hitch pin and they are semi-attached to my vehicle. When the day is done I disconnect and remove it. Then attach the trailer hitch and hook up the camper and I'm out of here till next weekend. Service was great shipping was fast.
