Thanks to etrailer, I was able to find a replacmenet part for a Yakima bike rack. I received the part quickly, and it is now installed on the rack. Everything works perfectly, although etrailer replaced the part with a newer version of the part I needed. It all works out well since the newer part is totally compatible with the rack and works seamlessly.

Excellent website! Ordering was easy and a fair price! I received the product but the box was crushed and resulting in a bent corner of vent.

The Curtis model has about 30% larger capacity but 150% larger price tag. I expected the Flint Hills product to be flimsy by comparison and was pleasantly surprised by the quality. The hardware was packaged well, easy assembly. Feel like I got good value.

This was my second purchase from etrailer and I'm very happy with both purchases. The site has accurate information and helpful videos. I was able to order and install hitches on my Ram 1500 and our Subaru Outback, myself, with zero hiccups.

I received my part to replace the locking hitch mechanism and it was exact match to the one that was broken.

Service from etrailer was great! Just had one issue with shipping being late that was critical for us but even then customer service was diligent keeping us posted

This is the second time ordering from etrailer. The first time I made a mistake by refeshing my screen in the Paypal payment app which resulted in a duplicate order being placed. Happily to my amazement the etrailer staff reached out to me right away to inform me they processed a single order and wished to confirm if I wanted the second as well. Thanks Tiffany S, who noted it was 9:40 PM in my time zone and emailed instead of waking me with a phone call. Fantastic customer service! Both times I received clear communication emails throughout the ordering process, the product quality was excellent, in perfect condition, and it arrived promptly. They had the parts I was looking for that the manufacturer (Yakima) was out of stock of. Etrailers price was a bit higher then Yakima, but they had it in stock and I was able to complete my project. The price of shipping was less than Yakima so it would have worked out to about the same price.

I spent to much time chasing down part numbers on different sites. You had everything I needed in one kit. It was actually a good process to go through because it allowed me to see how competitive your pricing is.
