Order for 2020 Subaru Legacy. Fast delivery and good quality product.

I purchased 4 12" rv electric backing plates. The Box was flimsy and very beat up. Extra tape was added at one of their stops. Some of the backing plates were rubbing against each other. I feel like for a $350. Purchase there could have been more care taken in boxing them up. They are semi -fragile. Very unexceptible packaging.

I didn't have too many options because I've a 1 1/4 hitch, so I was fortunate to find this one. It was very easy to assemble, and now that I've tried it on a camping trip, it's robust, I can attest to its sturdiness and that it's very much fit for purpose. I was a little concerned about it wiggling and possibly making a noice in the hitch, but I had no issues with it. I'm very happy with this purchase.
