Ordering was easy with many happy customer pics.
My Delivery was on time but the box was torn open at one of the trailer edges. This probably caused some part of the hitch to bend.
Took it to a mechanic to install but he said its too out of line and needs serious re alignment.
I contacted support and was given a link to tey some remedies including bending it myself.
I wasnt too happy. I dont want to try and bend 1/4" steel.
A friend came over the evening and we used 2x4s and my car's jack to wedge and "bend" the steel somewhat.
A good neighbor then helped to have it installed while lying on garage floor.
The hitch now works well but eTrailer should do something about shipments as to not have the product damaged and then customers have to resort to weird solutions.

I've bought more than a handful of different things from etrailer and have never had a bad experience. Always fast shipping, always what I order, always have what I need.

Be very careful here. If you know what you are doing, you will see that an additional part is needed to install this kit. It is in the information but it doesn't stand out, it doesn't say it's mandatory, and it doesn't say you can't complete the installation without the part. I would not order from this company again. I feel it does not understand the customer shopping experience, especially the novice, by not putting this kind of information in bold, bright highlights.

I ordered an trailer hitch for a 2018 Chevrolet Equinox.
The package came one morning. All the special tools needed
To install the hitch were in the box. That afternoon the hitch was
Mounted on the Equinox with the help of my son.

This was an exact match replacement for my Jayco Whitehawk 27DSRL.
Easy replacement took approximately 20 minuets, the instructions were great.

There was no wiring diagram n very little explanation or instructions
