The bolts and undercarriage of my newly purchased 2016 Chrysler Town & Country are not very rusty at all but backing out the existing 5 frame 15mm and 18mm bolts and the 3 exhaust M8 13 mm hanger bolts without snapping them took a ton of back and forth, one can each Liquid Wrench & PB Blaster, torch, etc. I did snap one of the M8 bolts off and had to drill/tap a new hole and find a new bolt. Also, for some reason, the wiring harness on the passenger side is not passing the reverse lead through. I can meter it and see the voltage on the pin...and the light works fine without the harness...but when the harness is intervening, voltage/current is not getting to the taillight connector on that pin. Still messing with this after an additional 4 hours...only thing I can think to do is cut/splice that wire before and after all the connectors to jumper past...kind of a destructive option but I have tried everything else to isolate the root cause and fix (i.e. De-Oxit spray to clean connector, jiggle, re-plug several times, etc.). That one pin on the harness just does not seem to be contacting the existing socket "cup" on the existing taillight connector even though the pin on the original existing connector does when I put it back the way it was originally. The installation videos are essentially correct, but it my case, it has taken much more time.
