Only issue i had on install was a plate inside the frame channel on the drivers side. It was directly above where I needed to drill the bolt hole. Had to clearance the hole a lot just to clear the bolt and bolt head. If the welded plates for the bolts on the hitch were moved towards to front of the vehicle 1-2 inches, there wouldnt be a need to drill holes. There are already holes in the frame. Smooth install overall.

Ordering and shipping was super simple. Installation although basic, was not simple. I installed the front hitch on a 2013 Ford F150. The hitch mounting arms were about 1/4 in too close to each other. I had a very experienced mechanic friend help with the install. Would have been much more difficult to do it on my own. We ended up using a floor jack for to push the hitch up to the frame. Once there we got the front bolts in we lined up the rear bolts. On my frame there was an only a bolt hole on the outside. No inside hole to feed the bolt through. We did have another hole on the outside edge of the frame that we could fit the bolt through but only after we ground off a bit of the mounting bolts head. Not much but enough to work it through the hole. Once we got the back bolts in we were able to tighten everything down and pull in the flanges that were slightly bent outward as a result of pushing the hitch up on the frame with the floor jack. It took us about 2 hours to complete the install.

I did not realize that it came with a wheel. Had I known I would have made sure I ordered one with the right wheel

I have made several orders now from Etrailer.com Each time the orders have been filled and shipped out quickly. I get a tracking number. I know what is going on. I have only had to return one item. It did not fit - no question asked. I returned the product for a full refund. The shipping is a little high, but I live in Alaska so I live with it. It is worth a little more to buy from a company that is customer service orientated. On this order I had the tires within a week of ordering.
