Great product, quick shipping every time I order from them.
Was able to get the hitch receiver installed. Did have to drop the exhaust. The right side, when looking at the rear end of the car is pretty tight... I was unable to get a tork wrench into that tight space; I will see if I can find one that fits.

I reached out to Etrailer to ask advice for the exact hitch we needed. I was provided with a detailed response, links to help install, and images of hitches and 5th wheels in the wild! The shipment was well packaged and delivered in a timely manner.
Take my advice, after my 1st attempt took over an hour and couldn't get the airbag inside the coil and was extremely frustrated. 2nd attempt I was able to do both sides in about 10 mins each. First, make sure you get every ounce of air out of the bags that you can. Second, make sure you have your vehicle jacked up off the ground to fully extend the coil. These two things made it a snap.

Impressed by the ability to send in questions and get reasonably accurate information back. I did, however, receive the wrong size seals in the bearing replacement kit that I was told would fit my trailer and axle. As a newby, didn't realize this until I had grease ooze out the back of my wheels and ended up ultimately paying someone else who knew exactly what they were doing re-do my job correctly.
Pretty easy came in 3 days took 1 hour to install. Very happy!
Shipping was fast but when I received my order one of them was marked with a white X and was not trimmed around the sides and bottom a little disappointing!
