Nice coating, fast shipping and seems to just fit perfectly like it was always meant to be there!

As noted by several others, the stretch-wrap packaging wore thru in several places during shipping, resulting in paint damage. Installation was as advertised - moderate difficulty, namely working around the muffler and trying to get the torque wrench engaged. I backed the Rogue onto ramps and worked from a creeper, using a lift to hold the hitch up. It would have been much easier if I had access to an auto lift!

I bought electric brake assemblies with the initial order at customer service and then I purchased drum and bearing kits online. Everything came earlier than overall promised. The only issue I had was the EZ-lube caps were a bear to get on the drum. I could only get 2 of the 4 on for the two axles and had to use the old cap for the rest which fit correctly

Trailer hitch was very beat up from shipping, The paint was worn off in spots. Looked like it was dragged behind the fed ex truck. The fitment was terrible the plates for the carriage bolts didn't fit with out filing the holes.

The Truck Trolley was delivered a day before it was promised. I REALLY like that there is no assembly, just installation. Installing the Truck Trolley was straightforward following the instructions and took about 30 minutes. I installed the trolley into my 2010 GMC Sierra with a 5 1/2 foot bed. I did change the placement of the strap holding it in because initially the trolley did not reach the end of the tailgate. After the minor adjustment, it works just as described and I have used it extensively without issue! I would highly recommend this as a removable device which doesn't need hardware fixtures.

I purchased this trailer hitch for my 2015 Toyota highlander. I felt confident in ordering it due to the great information on the website. It fit perfectly and the instructions were great.

The idler pin was an identical OEM part based on fit and function. Etrailer was prompt to deliver and provided outstanding communication throughout purchase and delivery process.

When the package arrived part of it was sticking out of the shipping box and the paint was worn off. The manufacturer needs to come up with a better way of packing. The packing they have now is no match for the delivery drivers.:)
When I installed the hitch, the flanges that went between the frame were to narrow. Fortunately, I am somewhat of a hoarder when it comes to spacers, and I was able to shim to the correct width.
