Received it as described with time and condition. Not very impressed with performance. My actual brake controller on my truck works better. I have to turn down. When I use this remote one I have to max it out and still I can't get a tire lock up on test. It does work good enough to keep though. Not completely satisfied but I need it.

Box arrive a little banged up, however, this was okay. There was no damage to the hitch. Installation was a relatively straight forward. I would suggest that you take a picture of any bolts/screws you unscrew before proceeding. I was not in a rush to install and took my time (~3 hours) to install.
