Called them for specific help on converting lead acid batteries over to lithium batteries, they told me what I needed and what I needed to order. They were very helpful and very knowledgeable.

I ordered a clearance light. I received the light without the red cover. I wrote to customer service. They corrected the issue and sent me a light with all parts.

I ordered the 21,000 lb. Demco 5th wheel auto sliding hitch from e-trailer.com to install on a 2024 GMC 2500 HD AT4. I have only installed the base bracket rails so far, however they required no adjustments, are of heavy duty quality and fit like a glove using the OEM 5th wheel prep package pucks. The base and 5th wheel head looks heavy duty and awesome as well.

I went with etrailer because it said it would have our purchase delivered by Friday with their free shipping option. On Friday, the tracking suddenly changed estimated delivery to Monday. Package actually showed up on Tuesday. We cancelled our order (and repurchased our item at a local dealer on Friday so we had it for the weekend) and got hit with a $19 return shipping label charge. Will not be doing any business with etrailer in the future.
