What I wrote while shopping: I don't know much about this but I'm finding the features of the website to be super helpful - asking for the year, make, and model of my car right away; including several different appropriate roof racks; including videos of installation! - and also the customer reviews and pictures - all of this is great.
After delivery: Thanks for putting your phone number right on the inside of the box - I ended up being able to install my roof rack and J-racks by myself. I thought I would want two sets of J racks to transport two kayaks, but it turns out I'm not strong enough to get my kayak up into the rack by itself, so I need to figure out how to return that one, and only keep the set for my daughter's kayak, which is smaller and lighter. I am hopeful that the return will be an easy process!

There was not enough packing material within the box to secure the hitch during shipping. The hitch had torn through the box and was hanging out when delivered. It was scratched but I decided to paint the scratches and install it. My suggestion, improve your packaging. From reading other reviews, I am not the only one that experienced this. Just being honest.
