Order was a late- I paid extra to have it on a certain date. Rack was broken- one of the tightening screws stripped out. Customer service people were great, though.

Very easy to figure out what hitch we needed for our 24 Buick Enclave. Only part we couldn't order was the wiring harness for the trailer lights. Order was delivered within 3 days. The box was damaged, some additional padding would have helped. Luckily some minor scratches are hidden behind the rear bumper once installed. East installation thanks to video tutorials, about 30 minutes.
Well, it was a super easy experience for me as a 63-year-old grandmother who wanted a kayak rack. I basically had my son do all the research on finding the correct items that I needed he's very particular as he's an engineer. I supplied my credit card. He seems to feel he got the best product for me that was available.
Much easier to get the correct door switch. Other places will not tell you if the switch is open or closed

Ordered 4 lippert switches, all failed by the second use, realized that the wires were smaller on the switches. Located this switch, ordered due to the thicker gage wires and works flawlessly. Only used 5 times so far but that's more than double the $50 switch.
Quality product and the website easy to navigate. Shipping was right on time and came without damaged box. The hitch went on as easy as the install video shows - definitely pays to have a helper to hold in place and start the bolts. I have noticed that the hands free liftgate operation has been hampered. Sometimes it works, sometimes it does not - but I'll take that trade-off for my needs. Dealer prices are way over-inflated. My 2021 Pilot had the dealer install and I'm as happy with this on my 2025 Pilot and saved over $900.00!
