We ordered a plastic truck utility box for our Ford Maverick. Shipping was very prompt. I was surprised there was no padding at all, and the box has been damaged in shipping, but the item only has a subtle surface mark and was otherwise undamaged.
The item felt a bit flimsy at first and the lid didn't seem to align perfectly so it was difficult to close the clasps; however, once it was in the back of the truck, the structure settled, and it seems to close just fine now. It fits perfectly and will serve it's intended purpose, so overall we are happy with it.
Order arrived 3 days after the expected date given. Hitch receiver put holes in the box and brackets were protruding from the box.
