So I shopped around and saw the dimensions of the Truck Trolley got my 2024 Honda Ridgeline midsized pickup truck and said this should work!
After receiving the Truck Trolley, we easily slid it in to check fitment and then followed easy installation instructions and Wallah! Fit and worked like a champion.

Bought from etrailer many times. Always a good experience. Installing this tow kit was by far the hardest I have ever done. Partly because of the car and partly because of how many bolts and attachments you needed.

Perfect fit for my 2022 Honda HRV Sport AWD. The instructions were a bit confusing but I was able to get the hang of it. I did have to cut a small piece of my bumper on the back.

Bought a towing hitch from retailer for a Highlander.

The hitch require six bolts to bolt it up to the vehicle. 5 of the 6 bolts would go in. The other wouldn't line up. I had to get a hidraulic jack to force it I to place to get the bolt in. It was an etrailer brand hitch vs a name brand. I wouldn't recommend buying and retailer brand. Go for the Curt or other name brand.

I have never shopped an online store that had such complete and helpful details for all of their items. ETrailer will be my first stop going forward!

I had some questions on my order and the customer service was great. I did not have to wait very long to talk to someone and both service representatives i spoke with were extremely helpful.

They offered another product for replacement however when I researched the replacement product it was only one part of two. They did ship however delayed. Other outlets had product on shelf and could have shipped on time.

The product was even better than I expected. The part that slides into the receiver hitch is solid steel. The riser is thick steel. The welds are professional grade and the beads are very uninformed. I recommend this trailer hitch to everyone looking for a good hitch.

I had recieved the wrong item first time but a short phone call and replacement order was here in 3 days. Very polite and prompt service and it took care of my issue.

Etrailer is fantastic online store. That said there are some things where ordering the wrong part is too easy. I thought I had measured the dimension of the wheel studs I want to replace appropriately. It turned out that one of the dimensions (diameter of the stud where the splines are) is significantly larger than the threaded section.

Good buying experience and great communication on status.

I ordered this on Friday afternoon and it was scheduled for delivery on Monday. Very fast.
