Had what I needed. It was very difficult to find other vendors with replacement parts for older Yakima models. E-trailer had them and this is the second time I ordered from them for parts.

We ordered a part while away from the campsite for a few days and we made the mistake of not including the "In care of" our name so the rv park didn't know who it was for and was delivered with out contact, but Paula was most helpful and thoughtful when helping get more details. USPS doesn't take pictures of delivery so it was not the issue from e trailer. It may be helpful to include customer name on label.
