Bought the E-Trailer branded Kia Sedona trailer wiring harness. It was more affordable that other brands and identical to install to replace a name brand kit that failed on me.

After getting the light and unpacking it, the wiring is a little different, but looks easier to wire. With the heat wave we are having right now, I probably won't get to installing it till next week. Other than that I'm please with the look of it. Looks just like the light on the drivers side.
We had a very quick storm come through and dump rain on us, even though we had the awning pitched for run off the idler side of the awning sheered from the arm (thanks lippert). While my wife was on the phone with Rockwood and the dealership I was on etrailer looking for a replacement arm. It was in stock and ready to go. One overnight and it was at the camp ground, Installed next day and able to close and bring home. This was most important as all of the options presented to us were to have a mobile tech come and remove the awning so we can drive home, I have no where to put a 12' awning while driving so that seemed like a silly option and I was out of pocket to the tech so Id rather fix using that same $$$. Thank you guys for being reliable and well stocked! You literally saved our vaca and kept the stress to a minimum!
Package arrived days after the expected delivery date indicated when I made the purchase. In addition, when it arrived the packaging was extensively damaged. When it arrived I took everything out of the broken and tattered packaging to assess the slide toppers condition while the delivery driver waited. Because I have installed a couple of similar slide toppers in the past I could tell that all the parts were there and it appeared as though it would be functional. I accepted the delivery, but it definitely was not the "new" slide topper that I thought I would be getting when I placed the order. Honestly, based upon the condition of the packaging I would have rejected the delivery without examining the contents if it wasn't for the fact that we are leaving in the RV on a ten week trip in a couple of days and have been waiting to get the slide topper delivered and installed before we leave.
The good news is I managed to "bend" some parts back into shape and got it installed and it works as it is supposed to, but it looks like I purchased a used product - which is not ideal and was not our expectation when ordering from etrailer.
I doubt it left etrailer in the condition it was in when it arrived and it is likely the shipper that damaged it. But I did buy it from etrailer, and etrailer chose the shipper, so I can really only hold etrailer responsible for it arriving late and being damaged.
Since I accepted the product from the shipper, who told me my choice was to reject it and contact etrailer to see what they would work out, or accept it as is and the sale would be final, I have not contacted etrailer customer service about this issue. Therefore I cannot comment on how etrailer would have handled the situation. (But I am certain they could not have delivered a replacement in time for our trip.) The reason for this review is to suggest etrailer work on packaging, mark slide toppers as fragile, and/or choose a different / more careful shipper.
Good products always fit long-lasting. That's all I have to say about that.

I had to order these pins after ordering a new road master baseplate, brake switch, assy switch, battery kit and conversion arms from my blue ox tow bar to the road master base plate. I spent a small fortune and when I picked the car up from the dealer I was informed that the pins don't come with all of that. Parts and labor almost $3000 and couldn't even tow my vehicle home from the dealer because they didn't have the special ones that are required by road master. Very disappointed but happy with what I did get. This was like buying new tires and you go to pick it up and find out they don't come with air or valve stems, just left flat! Kinda useless.
Customer service even doubled the specs on the correct torque for lug nuts.
