Overall, great website, informative videos and easy to purchase. Only downside was that the shipping box was torn by the corners of the hitch and due to that, there was chipped black paint. They offered a $15 credit to buy a can of paint.

I purchased this hitch as a birthday gift for my son. We installed it in about 30 minutes. It was very easy to put on his 2020 ram warlock. All the holes lined up perfect and looks good. Shipping was very fast and I would definitely buy from etrailer again.
I ordered this oven for my 2011 Montana RV, it arrived in 3 days and looks to be a direct fit. I haven't installed it yet but I don't doubt it's going to be perfect.

The hitch arrived on time. It was easy to install. I do advise the video of the installation which was easier to follow, although the written instructions were fine.
