The trailer hitch was missing some of the mounting hardware. Most of the hardware was in a separate bag that was taped to the hitch. The bolts required to mount the hitch to the vehicle were just tossed into the box and were loose. Either eTrailer didn't put in enough bolts or because they were loose they were lost in transit. Either way it's sloppy work by eTrailer. They should have put these bolts in a bag and taped them to the hitch like the other hardware ensuring that they remain in the box.

I also found that the instructions were lacking. The drawings showed that the hitch should mount in between the frame rails. In reality the drivers side mounts inside the frame rails and the passenger side mounts outside the frame rails. We figured it out but it took some trial and error that should have not been required if the instructions were correct.

Never thought i'd be able to find these roller parts. Appeared when I was looking for something else.

Following my package on its way to my door was interesting. It arrived in my town only to be rerouted to a town 90 plus miles away were it waited 2 days before being sent across the state line and then rerouted to my town before finally arriving at my mailbox in great condition 4 days later. Unfortunately the product I received was subject to modern cost reduction being made of 40% less material than the original which lasted 10 years. I hope to get 3 years service out of the replacement.

It was my first time ordering the etrailer brand hitch but, like the Curt brand that I usually order, it is made in the USA. It installed easy and is tucked up close to the bumper. Also, the Curt wire harness was less expensive from trailer compared to Amazon. Easy to order online. Standard shipping is plenty fast enough for my needs.

Lost a hydraulic jack foot pad on a road trip on 08/09. Ordered one from etrailer and one from lippert on the same day. The one from etrailer showed up a day early on 08/16. The one from lippert still has not arrived and didn't ship until 08/15. This just goes to show who cares more about getting their customers back to what they enjoy doing.

I ordered a hitch for my wrangler and it didn't fit flush and wouldn't allow the bolts to slide through. I contacted customer service and they sent a new one out right away and I printed the return label and sent the defective one back. The new hitch came in a few days later and went right on. Thank you for the hassle free return and great customer service

I have purchased many items from Etrailer over the years. The only reason this review isn't a 5 star was because the hitch had some minor damage during shipping. I let them know and they offered to send a replacement. I needed to install it right away for a trip so couldn't wait. So they gave me a credit to cover the pain't to fix it.

Before I bought these, I had these goofy bracket mirrors that had a vibration problem. I was told by a family member who bought these that they were great so I bought them. They slide on, tighten down and look like part of the mirror. How sweet it is. Thanks

I needed an exact match for a mobile home tub valve. The description and pictures made it easy to match what I had.
This was not my first online purchase with this company. Having already having that trust with them this was an easy choice.

All went well. Ordering to installation was simple. The well produced video explaining the wiring installation was key to the good experience.

The windshield cover for our RV 2017 Chevy Express 4500 fit perfectly. Made with strong material and looks good too.

The shipping fields didn't allow for the extra line needed by USPS, but USPS shipping wasn't specified anyway. Shipping came UPS. Shipping could be more clear.

Order was received quickly and the product was exactly what was expected.
