There was a very large gap in shipping speed between the head of the unit and the unit its self. The head of the continuum hitch came as specified on e-trailer estimate but the rest of the set up arrived a week and a half later.

Easy to drill through their inventory and selections to find the right part. I Use this company for all my trailer needs.

The buying process was simple and received the order quickly.

It is confusing. My car is a 2022 BMW X5 xDrive45e with M Sport. They pointed at a Stealth version that said "not with M Sport Package" but insisted that it was for my car. I purchased it. Well, the instructions and video did not exactly match my car at the expense of broken clips. The rear gate kick wand now it does not work. When asked for help, I was referred to Stealth. That was a blow. Clearly they didn't know anything about my car model. I ended up with a large number of clips and screws for which I can only vouch for 2 clips and 1 screw. I would have to go through the entire break down process to figure this out.

If you need the product choose expedited service. USPS delayed 2 days

The vehicle compatibility tool coupled with the install videos you guys had increased my confidence in my product purchase, and made it really easy to find all the info I needed.

Upon installing the cover, I had to modify the cover to fit well. It looks good and the quality is great. If you are a DYI person you should have no problem

Have purchased many things, 3 trailer hitches, wiring kit, other accessories and all have been spot on. No issues. The video instruction is the deal sealer. Always works and accurate.

Part described as plug and go but I needed to extend wires about 8 inches to be able to reach plug on taillights and still be able to tuck rest of wiringbehind bumper.otherwise all went well and hopefully you change your product to fit..
