Original order sat at usps for a week. Contacted customer service and they sent another one in its place, still haven't seen the original one. Missed out on a fishing trip because I stayed home to install it according to what they originally told me. Product was great but it was a very frustrating experience.

I got the initial package and installed it, but the controller had an internal error. Contacted Lauren who was my MSR for the order and she got me sorted out by sending me a new controller and ensuring I was able to get the old one back in the same box. Would highly recommend etrailer if all your MSR's handle everything as professionally as Lauren! Thank you!

Installed the hitch on my 2002 f-250. The fit was perfect. I didn't have to modify anything, it bolted right up! Super heavy duty and fit my 48" extension perfect. I highly recommend this hitch.

However, the Gen-Y manual gooseneck coupler lock did not fit. The product does look well built and sturdy - however it is slightly too narrow - it appears to be made for the previous generation of the Gen-Y executive gooseneck hitch. I contacted e-trailer and they provided a return label for a refund.
I then contacted Gen-Y regarding my situation and they gave me more complete instructions regarding the snaplatch lock that I had previously purchased - with a spare 2 5/16" hitch ball inserted into the coupler, the snaplatch itself can open and close, but the lock prevents the hitch ball from being removed.
I ordered an etrailer hitch for my 2014 Jeep Cherokee. I found the web site very intuitive. Would recommend etrailor to anyone who needs a hitch.

There was a very large gap in shipping speed between the head of the unit and the unit its self. The head of the continuum hitch came as specified on e-trailer estimate but the rest of the set up arrived a week and a half later.
