Ordered a hitch for my 2016 Jeep Cherokee Latitude. Shipped and arrived quickly and installed in about an hour (by myself!) Customer service was amazing and the website was easy to navigate and figure out what hitch receiver was best for me! Wiring kit was easy to install and worked as it should! Would recommend ETrailer to anyone looking to get a hitch for their vehicle! 5 stars
My only gripe would be how dreadfully specific the search term had to be to locate what I needed.
It was a replacement key and just the core# wouldn't yield the result, it needed to include more less than obvious "SKU" information. Hardly a deal breaker/show stopper. Just would love a minor update to the search terminology.
Product is great. Quality is what I was looking for and it is. Price was the best I could find on the internet. Shipping was good however the box was delivered damaged with 3 holes in it basically from the product puncturing the box. This led to the product being scratched.

Site always has good product descriptions and extra information based on real world product evaluation; the install and product videos are always very helpful when evaluating and choosing a product. Shipping is fast from the warehouse, and since I only live one state away, shipping transit times are quick too.

Bought new trailer mounted tire. Nothing went wrong with purchase or delivery but cost of tire doubled in the past 5 years. That was the disappointing factor.
I ordered two items. One of the items I ended up not being able to use due to no fault of etrailer. There wasn't quite enough clearance on my vehicle to install it, which wasn't apparent before ordering it (and I had one of these on my previous vehicle). My issue is that if I had ordered the item on Amazon I would have had free returns. Because I ordered it on etrailer I would have had to pay to return the item, which was going to cost more for shipping than the item cost (about $10).
Delivery was to occur on Tuesday, did not show up until Thursday.
Mounting brackets were missing. I had to call twice to have them ship another kit. No big deal. It was taken care of
