The kit contained everything I needed. It took a little time to assemble but it looks good and feels sturdy.

Started with great customer service when chatting with a representative before purchase. I bought a car hitch to use on a golf cart. It was exactly what I needed since the manufacturer of the golf cart ones had discontinued and was no longer making them. Very happy with purchase.

Product was packaged well, product was as described. Delivery was not as described due to a dealy in the USPS Snail Mail System. I would much rather pay8.99 or something and have fedex or UPS do the delivery.

Etrailer customer service is always on the ball, to the point and courteous. This rack is substantial and fairly easy to assemble. I recommend putting the receiver in the hitch and then assembling from there. Best with a socket set and both a 5/8 and 9/16 wrenches.

Very Good. It was simple to order what I needed. There were directions showing the distance between the bolts center to center to make sure I ordered the right rim.

I surprised at the low volume of this deer whistle. I'm not sure how it can reach 1/4 mile at 65mph. If it can be heard and be a distraction...I'll be surprise.

Hitch was easy to install especially after watching the installation video.
