I ordered a hitch for my 2014 Mini Cooper. It did not fit, but these cars are tricky and the instructional video says so. I returned unopened hitch and am waiting for a store credit to purchase the proper hitch. Despite the delays, communication has been clear and often and I'm only out return shipping costs.
