I have been very happy with the entire process. First time setting up a vehicle to flat tow. Wanted to be sure we ordered all that was needed for setting up the vehicle and RV. Customer support was great to answer questions and send links. All items have arrived and we are using the videos and Manuals to do the install on our 2024 Trailblazer to be flat towed. So far all is going good.

Easy and exactly what I needed, I had looked everywhere and then remembered to look at etrailer.
Great shipping speed but beware there's very little protective packaging in the box the grates are shipped That said mine arrived in perfect condition. They are a great replacement for the very small and dangerous wires that come on the cooktop originally. This dometic cooktop was standard equipment for many Airstream models. Finding these was a nice surprise. They look great and pots won't fall off like the original ones. I did use the empty screw hole on the cook top to prevent them sliding out during travel.
The products, stock of items and service is great but I had problems with my corporate card from the University of Puerto Rico and could only purchase through a Paypal account. That was the only glitch on an almost perfect purchase experience!
Order was processed quickly. Was kept up to date on my order very timely and efficiently. Product was delivered when stated.
