Needed a little longer bolts for the THULE roof ski rack I use for fishing rods in the summer. These 50mm are perfect fit and did the trick for the extra thick cross bars. I got the wrench as well. It turned out exactly the same as the THULE one that came with the rack.

Very good. Easy to search site and good price range. Many options to choose from.

Everything was good, except etrailer needs to email or text a tracking number. I had to call to get this.

Navigation was clear and appropriate videos were linked to the product page.

My only disappointment is that I do not like the hitch styles available for my vehicle.

This is not the fault of etrailer, it is just the design of my car.

My car only takes the triangular hitch, with one bolt on each side and the hitch hanging from the tow hook beneath the trunk and under the bumper. Basically, vertical weight is bearing on the tow hook and lateral forces are controlled by the end pieces connected to the frame.

I wanted the hitch with two bolts on each side and a full crossbar, but not available for my car.

Ordered a class 3 draw tite hitch and when it showed up the box was damaged and the hitch was bent. Called and customer service sent me a new one right away. The new box shows up days later looking worse than the first one. Was skeptical of the conditions of the hitch but minus a minor flex and some paint chips it fit. Overall had a great experience with service but the shipping was rough.

First time buying through etrailer and I have to say they exceeded my expectations. From beginning to end, the process was smooth and simple. My product arrived earlier than expected, and I was completely satisfied.

I bought two new Westlake st235 75/r15 tires for my 2021 Geo pro travel trailer. E trailer is the only place I could find them, They have a D rating the OEM's were only a C rating. They were a bit pricey, ordering was easy,delivery was fast and you could track them all the way to your doorstep. And they were manufactured a couple months ago. All in all, I am very pleased with the Westlake tires and E trailer.

Love the fact I can plug in the year/make/model of my RV and it automatically recommends parts that goes with it.

Had no problem installing the tow hitch. I'm 71 and got it installed within a hour. Watched video and got it wired too! Product was still in packaging which was amazing considering the weight.
