I'm a fairly long term customer. I don't shop at Etraailer often, but it has been a uniformly good experience. LThe main attraction is the clear, complete, easy to use website and plenty of choices and inventory, I occasionally buy some fairly obscure stuff.

Shipping was problematic. The shipping section said that it would arrive by August 16 which was 3-4 days from when I ordered the part. It took until August 21 to receive the part. Using USPS is not a good idea.
Good carrier. My angle was 3" so I had to drill through the side of the angle but it works fine. Also had fast shipping. Thanks
The spacer plate and the hitch asm. Was knocking against each other in the shipping box during transit.
The nice gloss finish on the hitch assembly was chipped around the 2 inch receiver. Already installed but it would have nice if they would have wrapped one or both items with any insulation. Product already installed and is well built.

This company goes above and beyond to insure customer satisfaction, and it shows.
I had a had an issue with the delivery and they worked we me and were very friendly and respond to the emails in a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend this company and I will use them again.
I installed the hitch in about 45 minutes by myself. Wiring was more tricky but it works perfectly. Great job etrailer!
