A small thing, but I would have preferred it if the bolts had been 1/4" longer. Doing it myself, it was a challenge to get the nut started.

Easy to order, arrived in great shape when promised and so easy to install! The great installation video was a big help!

Before I placed the order I used the chat to confirm I was selecting a wiring harness that would fit. The directions that came with the harness were thorough and helped make the install a breeze. Took less than 10 minutes!

It's was pretty easy to use the site. Little confusion around wheel size for placement to make sure we have the correct size wheel.

I've ordered plenty of different truck and trailer products from Etrailer and Have always had a positive experience.

The package my Curt trailer hitch came in was damaged with the hitch visibly poking through the cardboard in 3 places. In one of those places, the hitch was visibly scraped and damaged during shipment. As the area of damage was not visible following installation, I chose not to return the hitch to eTrailer. I've seen others post with pictures of packaging damage, so clearly eTrailer has an issue with this.

Also, while installing, the hitch was an EXTREMELY tight fit on the frame of my car and I ultimately needed to use a floor jack and the weight of the car to "seat" the hitch to adequately match the mounting holes.

I have always gotten great service from etrailer. The only issue that I have had with them is when they chose to us United States Postal Service to ship an item. It took forever to get even a tracking number. I did reach out to etrailer to find why it late. They could only tell me the date and time that it was picked up from their warehouse. They couldn't do anything else.

Great selection, quick shipment, great communication, and very fair prices. I ordered a trailer hitch adapter and it was delivered promptly, packaged securely, and very well made.

Switch was not an exact match as the original. Had to install upside down to get the wiring to reach. Then the rubber boot did not fit the switch. Made it all work anyway.

Site was easy to navigate. Customer service was fast and helpful over the phone.

Your product demos and the detail you include in your product descriptions are incredibly helpful for making decisions. I learned more about the product I purchased from Etrailer than the manufacturers own website, which is partly why I chose to purchase from your site. Keep up the good work.
