Delivery was 4 business day late. Nothing was done by the company to compensate even though it was their system that messed up. I had to email multiple times to get it finally shipped.

Great product paid extra to ship a day earlier and it didn't arrive a day earlier

Product was delivered as promised.A little bit more difficult to install than I had hoped but for a 71 year old woman I think it went pretty smoothly. Took a few hours and a lot of patience but I got it installed. Looks good!

The hitch arrived right on time. Having installed a few hitches I was not exactly looking forward to crawling around underneath my car to get the hitch installed. I my case I had to enlarge the access holes to allow for the support strips (rectangular pieces of metal). The kit contained a really useful feeder/fishing wire that attached to the bolts threads and made the job a 100x easier. The longest part of the job was just trying to figure out how to gain access to allow for the install of the bolts (in my case it was easiest through the holes located next to my spare tire. Total install took around an hour but 20 minutes or so was just looking around and figuring out how to best proceed.

Easy ordering website, had in stock what I needed. My only complaint is when I ordered it said Friday delivery. It was at UPS Thursday night but it was delivered until Tuesday. Basically late delivery falls on UPS

I really like how this product install turned out. It was definitely difficult at times due to the tight working quarters and weight of the hitch. Doing this by myself, I absolutely took advantage of the suggestion to pull the center section up thru the hole and hold it in place. I did this by putting a 2"x4" across my wheel wells and used a rope to pull it up and secure it. I also had to have help when tightening the front rail center section bolt that is above the fuel tank. Having a lift instead of doing this on the ground would have made leverage and access much easier I'm sure. Looking forward to using this new hitch!

The buying experience was easy; just select the make and model of your vehicle and available options are right there to review and choose from. The hitch arrived quickly and was the perfect fit. I have complete confidence in the product. I do think the crating could be better. The extended ends of the hitch break through the shipping carton and can get scratched and/or damage something like a floor or door if the box is leaned up against it when delivered. They needed more heavy duty packing inside the box.

Being able to watch videos explaining product features and install was key. Thanks etrailer!
