I placed an order with a delivery date of 2 days later. I checked my order the next day and my delivery date was pushed to 4 days, which was past my installation appointment. I reached out to the customer service and they made sure my order was placed on the truck so i got it in 3 days.

Our motorhome's electric stairs broke on a recent trip. It posed a real safety hazard getting in and out of the vehicle. We were able to find a replacement part on etrailer and with expedited shipping, we were able to replace the part very quickly.
I order two trailer led tail lamp units and they do not include pigtails/wiring to install. I just found out that they are sold separately? What good are the lights without a way wire them up? Raise the price and INCLUDE the wiring

I ordered, among other things a trailer hitch and a load support for my son's 2008 Ford Ranger.
The order was confirmed quickly, the items were shipped quickly and arrived quickly, on the specified date.
The shipping confirmation (email) contained videos on proper installation and use of the products that were ordered. Those videos were exactly correct. Installation of the trailer hitch went EXACTLY as the supplied video depicted.
