Ordered my tow kit to have my 2019 Cherokee Trailhawk behind my RV. Less than a week later UPS was out front ready to deliver. Open boxes, everything is exactly as advertised and brand new. Email from etrailer representative letting me know about Customer Service and ways to get answers about the product I bought. Prices were reasonable and in line with other retailers, however nobody else offered free shipping and such excellent support. Overall excellent all around.

The website was tough to browse to find the parts I wanted, but knowing exact manufacturer and model brough me right to what I needed. Parts were in stock and quickly delivered.

It was a tight fitment but holes lines up perfect,, had to use a jack to lift it up far enough to get the bolt started, overall it was a easy installation,..

The most noticeable thing is that the truck looks balanced, which adds a good look to it. Also, the handling performance feels stable. I love it! It solves my 2-year-old problem of seeing my truck squat using a camper cap, RTT, and some essential overlanding items, which total approximately 700 lbs. Now my Frontier looks balanced. I wish I had known this a long time ago. This is an alternative to parabolic lift springs if you don't want to spend thousands of dollars on that.

I bought this complete airbag kit because I needed the two upper mount brackets. I called twice about ordering just the upper mounts and supplied the part numbers I received from Firestone. Both times they said they would email back within the week. They didn't.
