Instructions were lacking. There were different sizes of wet bolts with no clear instructions on where they went.
I purchased the Saris bike rack because of price, recycled plastic and design. I've used it once and found it easy to install. I only gave it 3 stars because once you tighten down the cradle straps, there isn't enough clearance for the release button so getting the straps off is very difficult. For me, I used a flat head screwdriver inserted into the back of the buckle to pry up the buckle. Interestingly, there's plenty of clearance visible in the video demonstration on etrailer - just not enough in real life.

Was delivered in cardboard box, only one whole in box, had dividers and spacers holding hitch in place during shipment. Hitch was plastic wrapped, a few scratches on the corners but nothing major. Nice and straight, good welding job, all pieces accounted for. Much better shipping than what I was seeing on Amazon for the same hitch!
