Shipping was stated as being 4 days from purchase, but took 7. Not a huge deal but I planned on that and the shipping actually cost $5. With a world of options with free shipping, I expected cheaper and faster. I have bought from Etrailer before, and will continue to do so. Customer service is amazing and the library of instructional vids is a great value. I'm only did this review in response to 4 emails requesting a review.
I ordered a new blue ox 7 to 6 connector for hauling my toad behind my Motorhome.

The setup was somewhat confusing. The fact that the trailer and vehicle had to be connected in order to set sensitivity and brake output was not mentioned in instructions. After watching a U-Haul video about it, I knew what to do. This needs to be made clear in instructions. Also the product box was delivered opened and no sales/content list inside.
Product needed was in stock and shipped quickly. Order process a bit frustrating. Not sure why but mismatch between my address and credit card address caused cancellation of order two times. On third time used a different credit card. It processed but the item had gone up in price within 24 hrs or first attempted order to final order.
Choices and ease of ordering and if questions, the expertise of your people is very helpful.
Seems like the package should have a mounting bracket and wiring diagram.
