I made the mistake of trying to buy a wheel from Amazon to save shipping costs. The Amazon wheel was a bait and switch and the wheel that arrived was a cheap, (poorly) made in India version and not what was pictured and not the same wheel the companies positive reviews boasted of. Got the real deal Dexter rim from etrailer and found it weighed a full 7 pounds more than the Indian made one. Glad I didn't put that pot metal trash fake on my trailer.
I ordered a replacement jack for the back left landing jack on my fifth wheel. This one arrived in only a couple of days. It appears to be a direct replacement for the one that gave out. I will be installing this new one in a few days.

Your packaging was horrible even the UPS guy told us it was horrible, we were missing the 4 pins which probably fell out of the demolished box. I Sent photos of the box to etrailer customer service. The 5th wheel hitch actually was all scratched up. Did not look new for $700

It's always great, never had any problems! I ordered a hitch and wiring harness for a 2018 Escape. I received correct hitch, but wrong harness. After clicking the add to cart button, a window popped up "You may also Need" showing a harness,etc. I clicked on the picture of the harness that doesn't indicate it's for a 2016 Escape, and it shouldn't as I'm ordering for a 2018 Escape. I got a harness for a 2016 Escape. Hanna said I ordered it wrong and it was my mistake. I needed the harness for a trailer this weekend so I had to reorder the correct harness and pay overnight shipping to get it in time to install. Now I'm out $35.00 more freight, I have to go back to the recommended installer again to finish the install, probably at additional expense. I have to repackage the wrong harness and ship it back with the return freight deducted from my refund for wrong part. I did get hold of Joshua and was able explain your website flaw. In the popup window, if you click and hold on the harness picture, a small banner opens on the far side of the window showing the incorrect part# with no indication it was for a 2016 Escape that was shipped. I still like etrailer and have used before and will again but I've spent a lot of my time and $ to correct your website error. Hanna needs some customer relations refresher!
