I ordered a gate assist in the morning, by that afternoon I received an email saying it had shipped!

Our hinges on our Thule rooftop cargo carrier had broke, and we'd discovered it in the midst of packing for a long road trip. I searched the internet for the part we needed, and etrailer had it in stock.
We ordered the hinges we needed and we had those hinges in just a few days- exactly as promised on the shipping date.
The parts appear to be OEM quality, and were made the necessary repairs to our cargo carrier and now it works flawlessly.

What I loved about our purchase was being able to see our item as it traveled to us on the order page.
Overall, we had a good shopping experience with etrailer and would purchase from them again.

Ordered 2 pair of 12" self adjustable trailer brake assembly. Also seals, cotter pins and tubes of grease. The grease tubes got damaged in shipping.

The ball hitch worked really well.
However, there were two large holes in the package and the bolt did not arrive with the hitch. So, we had to go buy a bolt from the auto parts store.

Vent cover is a great update over the plastic junction that degrades in the sun. This one is very low profile, and doesn't close all the way, interfering with my fan motor.

Not a good experience at all. $#*! happens but wow that was bad! Overnight and it came 5 days later

Etrailer had what I needed and after I ordered the wrong part it was easy to cancel my order and reorder the right part with out causing a lot of work on my end.

This place just seems like a warehouse that's number one goal is to move product. I understand that it's tough managing a ton of products but damn. At least develop a system that keeps your customer service team informed. When you send something out, you should know where it is at all times. If you don't, you have failed. This place sucks when it comes to shipping stuff. Plus you're not even the best price. I'll always use etrailer as the last possible vendor in the future.

Wheel and tire shipped fast, received in about 3 days, very impressed, these guys are fantastic.
