I ordered wrong part. Called to tell them it was their mistake and after talking to representative realized the mistake was on my part. Rep explained what part I needed and after I reordered rep volunteered to pay 1/2 of cost to send wrong part back. Got new part in and installed and it went perfect.

Customer service was very good. My part I ordered did not fit my vehicle and no hesitation accepting it back. However, one of the drawbacks of online shopping is having to pay for the return which amounts to about a quarter of the cost of the item purchased. I will check for the item I need at a few brick and mortar stores before I go to online shopping again.
