We upgraded our Honda CR-V from a Class 2 to a Class 3 hitch so it can better handle a rack for our e-bikes. A local auto shop recommended etrailer.com and helped us pick out a compatible hitch. It came quick and had everything needed for a quick install.

Your website says the ******* fits the front of a 2024 F-150. The box frame on that vehicle is 30" inside to inside. The ******* is 38". There is a turbo cooler and hoses in the way too if your truck is turbocharged. Not even close. The good news is that I spoke to Adam E at etrailer and he got a return authorization to me quickly. Adam was professional and gave me the the number of the manufacturer to try to locate a receiver for the front of my truck. Good company. This was to be my third installation of a front receiver. They just missed it this time.

Shipping was two days late, and the box and hitch was damaged. The box was torn open in three places. I was concerned the instructions and/or hardware might be missing, but they were not. I found them bubblewrapped and taped to the hitch near the receiver. One of the support arms was visibly bent inward about an inch so I had to use a heavy rubber mallet to bend it back. Then a pry bar to bend that bolt hole to alignment. After that ALL WAS PERFECT! 😜👍😁
All six bolts were undamaged and in perfect condition. The hitch itself seemed to be VERY fine in build quality and finish. I've seen only one tiny rubbing off of what I assume is powder coat during shipping. I'll fix that too. 😁👍. I'm satisfied and Happy with the purchase over all. I'm looking forward years, and years of great towing adventures.

Had flickering lights, awning would not deploy, and generally had 12v power issues. After troubleshooting, I decided the converter needed to be swapped. Fast shipping, excellent customer service, and incredibly easy install.

Finding and ordering what I needed was very easy and I received my order very fast. The price was also very reasonable.

I ordered a reciever hitch for a 2024 Ford Escape and its fits great. It arrived quickly and the instructions were great esp. Since I am not familiar with doing anything like thos before. The fishwire worked likea champ! The hitch seems to be well made also. Thank you etrailer!

Door hardware appears to be exact replacement for my corroded old one (just what I was looking for as I don't want to drill new holes). Also upgrading exterior incandescent flood lights with new LED units, and ones I ordered were a great size for my trailer (2014 American Hauler enclosed snowmobile trailer). Will have to check back in after I get a chance to use the lights in the winter season.

As usual the parts were shipped promptly and the communication on delivery was spot on. My only issue was in the handling of the package by the postal company. Either the loose packing of materials or the poor process of movement caused the brown envelope style package to come unsealed and a portion of my parts fell out.

Received a damaged box, Trailer Hitch was bend and had multiple damage marks requiring professional to unbend it and painting some of the spots. Didn't fit out the car of the box because it was bend really bad and took an extra 2 hours to unbend it in order to make it fit properly. All of this could've been avoided with better packaging. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from them nor would ever buy anything from them in the future.
