I received a prompt email regarding my order, which also indicated that I would receive notice when my product was shipped. The shipping email never came. The only way I knew to expect the delivery is by checking my order status and directly checking the UPS site.

My only complaint is that the wrong hitch was sent the first time and had to order it again. Very impressed with the construction of the hitch.

Found part i needed to replace broken part on your site. New part works with my existing system

Overall this was a good experience. Product came scratched and was only wrapped in plastic wrap. Product came sooner than expected though and the price was right.

Came a day early, it fits my 94 Bronco perfectly. Going order another for my explorer at some point. Comes with all hardware and fish wire for bolts.

Bought rebuild kit for Roadmaster Sterling all terrain tow bar. Kit arrived in 4 days. All parts appear to be quality and instructions were easy to follow.

I ordered the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 and it arrived in a very timely manner. When I initially went on the website to order it asked me for my vehicle which I typed in. It brought up this brake controller and I ordered it. After receiving it I noticed that it was not wired to plug right into my truck and that I needed to cut and splice wires which I did not want to do. I then had to order the correct wire to connect my truck and the brake controller so no wire cutting was needed. This is my fault for not reading more thoroughly the description of the brake controller. I was able to get the controller installed and tested it out on an RV I purchased. Works great.

We was really impressed with our wheels for our trailer and the price too.
