It took my son and I about 4 hours to install, the instructions were great except next time we won't use the hole cutting template. We'd wait until the hitch is installed, hang the fascia and then determine the precise hole location.
Ordered wrong part,contacted Etrailer with my issue. I was given a return authorization number and mailer via computer. Sent back via UPS on 8/23/24, I'm still waiting word that it has arrived back to Etrailer for refund.

Old black and white camera was very grainy. New color camera helped a little but is still very grainy. The monitor is new also.
