Grease fittings just fell out the first time I tried to grease it.

The POP &LOCK tailgate lock was an absolute nightmare to install.
POP&LOCK said it was one of their most difficult. It was worse than that.
Getting in contact with POP&LOCK is very nearly impossible.
Getting them to call back is impossible, telephone or email.
But! Etrailer was willing to have me return the POP&LOCK if need be.
I figured the monster out.
