We received our order on time. That's a plus. However, the boxes were damaged and parts of the items were sticking out and scratched. The Thule bike rack was dusty and the Thule name on the rack was practically scratched off. The receiver part of the hitch was sticking out of the box and was nicked up. That part of my experience was disappointing.
This is heavy metal product have several different parts. When I got it the boxes were torn pretty bad. When I opened it, it was worse inside. The boxes were very thin which can not hold the heavy metal components and they put one single thin paper between the metal components. Obviously, there were a lot of scratches and some are so bad that I can see the bare metal.
When I called the customer service, they offered 15 dollor off for a can of paint or they can send me replacement. It seems it's their everyday things. I could not expect the replacement would be better and I should work on it quickly so I accepted the discount.(They gave $20 off in the end).
I am writing this complain review because they should address this issue seriously so customers can get some product without damage. Even if they can not control all of it, if they don't change it, every customer will get damaged product.
The towing hitch went on the car without any problems. I have not installed the tail light harness yet. Hopefully that will install quickly too.
Trailer hydraulic hoses are from china, not trusting them so ended spending more money installing hard lines and sourced my own hoses for what was needed. The P3 controller instruction vs what etrailer video provides isn't very clear and nothing on what's needed for replacement of a factory controlled. Tried calling service per provided number for assistance but get a massage of not being available.

It was not too difficult to assemble. I suggest using a power drill if you have one with an hex head. I put it on the car and it seems to hold the bikes well.
