The trailer hitch was an exact fit for my 2024 Mazda CX-5. Installation was clearly demonstrated in the video and shown in paper installation instructions which included pictures. All hardware was included. Great value for the money. I will use for all my future hitch needs.

Quick, easy, painless and very good price. Very fast shipping. I really couldn't be happier with this purchase. I installed it on my 23 Tucson for a couple of reasons. First, the Hyundai accessory hitch is a Class 2 which means it's a 1.25" receiver instead of the "standard" Class 3 two inch that we are all familiar with. That size limits a lot of options, such as bike racks and even hitch covers. REFER TO YOUR VEHICLE MANUFACTURER'S SPECIFICATIONS FOR TOWING CAPACITY AND DO NOT EXCEED IT!

Received a spare tire mounting kit for a trailer and the box was beat up with holes. Opened the box and the plastic bag was ripped open also that contained the hardware. Couple of washers were missing but the important components was ok.
