I have a Sun Tracker trailer, the lock did not fit; had to grind to make work. Not sure if this is my error or? Just dissappointed this lock would not fit a trailer as popular as Sun Tracker. Not the end of the world, just annoying.

The turnbuckles and 4-link chains were underwhelming. Almost seams like a prank. The length of each chain needs to be approximately 20 inches and yours is just 4 links and maybe 4 inches.

I ordered some Morryde Steps through etrailer. I never dealt with them before. They were very responsive in the tracking process. When the product arrived, there was a small flaw in the steps and they were very quick to make it right. Their customer service is top notch. I will be buying my RV supplies from etrailer going forward.
Price much higher for 1 bracket then from other retailers sell 2.
